The Tulare County Regional Transit Agency (TCRTA) is one of two public transit providers within Tulare County along with Visalia Transit. TCRTA was created through a Joint Powers Agreement, effective August 11, 2020, to better provide transit service within the region. Eight member agencies have joined the TCRTA: the County of Tulare and the cities of Dinuba, Exeter, Farmersville, Lindsay, Porterville, Tulare and Woodlake. With a fleet of over 100 vehicles, TCRTA provides approximately 1.5 million passenger trips each year within Tulare County and commuter services to points outside of the county.
